On curiosity

Curiosity is interesting in that it keeps one’s brain active. Being curious means one is using the brain to figure out and understand things.

Children especially have this quality in them. However, our outdated industrial-oriented education system tries to stamp out curiosity in those that go through it.

So it seems the way to fight against this is to keep cultivating our curiosity. We need to find the topics which truly excites us and dive deep into them. Thanks to the internet, this is eminently possible today for everyone. It is up to each of us to make use of the awesome, mostly free, education on the topics of our choice that the internet provides us.
